Kegel Release Curve is a Canadian company and all prices listed on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
+ WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO, HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST, AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY KR CURVE TO ARRIVE?
Canada: Shipping is included in the price for orders that ship within Canada. We ship by Canada Post and your order should arrive in 5-7 business days.
United States: There is a small fee ($20 CAD per unit ordered) for orders that ship to the United States. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and USPS, and should arrive in 10-14 business days.
United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, France, Italy, Sweden, Israel, UAE, Australia & New Zealand: To ship by air in a timely manner, there is a fee of $50 CAD per unit ordered. Orders are shipped via Canada Post, and should arrive in 12-18 business days.
All other countries: If you’re outside the countries listed above and interested in purchasing a KR Curve, please contact us at hello@kegelreleasecurve.com to inquire about shipping costs.
Please note: The KR Curve ships from Canada. Due to the pandemic, in some cases, there have been delays at customs or distribution centres that are beyond our control. We can not be responsible for every delay. Please order early in your pregnancy to avoid any delay issues. As well, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in our price or shipping fee. These fees are applied by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. As our product is made from stainless steel, tariffs may apply. We recommend contacting your customs office prior to purchasing to determine what the additional cost may be.
+ DO YOU OFFER DISCREET SHIPPING?
Yes, of course! We package the KR Curve in plain black bubble mailers, and orders are shipped and billed from KR Physiotherapy Inc.
+ WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of the KR Curve. All sales are final. But if, in the rare event your KR Curve fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials, contact us hello@kegelreleasecurve.com and we’ll replace your product. Read our Warranty Policy for more information.
+ WHAT IS THE KR CURVE MADE FROM?
The KR Curve is made from 316 (SS316) medical-grade stainless steel. It’s non-porous and polished to a mirror finish. Medical-grade stainless steel contains molybdenum, which provides greater corrosion resistance, and it’s typically used for medical devices and implants.
Our engineers have quality tested the KR Curve for corrosion resistance, heat and cold tolerance and for manufacturing craftsmanship to ensure the product you receive meets our very high standards.
Our manufacturer is ISO certified ISO14001-2015 for casting stainless steel and they provide us with a certificate of conformity to state each unit is SS316. We work with our manufacturer and do site visits to ensure quality is always being maintained with each new batch of products.
+ IS THE KR CURVE MADE WITH NICKEL-FREE METAL?
The KR Curve is cast in 316 medical-grade stainless steel, and our formulation contains 10% nickel. If you know you have a nickel allergy (e.g., you have an irritation reaction to earrings that are not identified as nickel-free), we do not recommend purchasing a standard KR Curve.
However, nickel-free nitrogen-strengthened austenitic stainless steel alloys are available, so if you would like to purchase a nickel-free KR Curve, please email us at hello@kegelreleasecurve.com and we can work toward crafting a KR Curve that’s right for you.
Please note: If you do not knowingly have a nickel allergy but notice irritation or discomfort using our product, we recommend washing your product thoroughly and sterilizing in a pot of boiling water (see How to Use). If your irritation and discomfort persist, discontinue use and see your doctor to determine if your body is reacting to the nickel.
+ SHOULD I CONSULT MY DOCTOR OR PELVIC FLOOR PHYSIOTHERAPIST BEFORE USING THE KR CURVE?
If you’ve read through our instructions for use and you’re not sure if the KR Curve will help you decrease tension in your pelvic floor muscles, we absolutely encourage you to speak with your doctor or pelvic physiotherapist. We know every body is different, and we want you to feel confident using our product.
